Children are not eligible to use our services, and we ask that minors (under the age of 18) not submit any personal information to us. Fees - You acknowledge that Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv reserves the right to charge for the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services (If such fee (if any) is disclosed on the order form page of the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv website) and to change its disclosed fees from time to time in its discretion.

- General.Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv bills you through an online account (your “Billing Account”) for use of the Service. You agree to pay Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account, and you authorize Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv to charge your chosen payment provider (your “Payment Method”) for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. - Payment Method.The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the "Payment Method Provider"). If Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.
- Free Trials and Other Promotions.Any free trial or other promotion that provides subscriber-level access to the Service must be used within the specified time of the trial.
Non-commercial Use by Members - The Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services are for the personal use of Members only and may not be used in connection with any commercial endeavors except those that are specifically endorsed or approved by Online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv. Intellectual Property Policy - You may not post, modify, distribute, or reproduce in any way any copyrighted material, trademarks, or other proprietary information belonging to Twelve 17 Solutions, LLC. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY CONTAINED HEREIN, ONLINE.SHAWNWILLIAMSBJJ.TV’S LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CAUSE WHATSOEVER AND REGARDLESS OF THE FORM OF THE ACTION, WILL AT ALL TIMES BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID, IF ANY, BY YOU TO SHAWNWILLIAMSBJJ.TV AND ONLINE.SHAWNWILLIAMSBJJ.TV FOR THE SHAWNWILLIAMSBJJ.TV AND ONLINE.SHAWNWILLIAMSBJJ.TV SERVICES DURING THE TERM OF MEMBERSHIP.
USERS HEREB Y AGREES TO INDEMNIFY, SAVE AND HOLD HARMLESS Twelve 17 Solutions, LLC FOR MANY LOSS, LIABILITY, DAMAGE, OR COST INCLUDING BODILY INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, they may incur arising out of their use of Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv whether cause by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEE or otherwise.
USERS HEREBY ASSUMES FULL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY RISK OF BODILY INJURY, DEATH OR PROPERTY DAMAGE arising out of or related to their use of Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv whether caused by the NEGLIGENCE OF RELEASEE or otherwise.
U.S. Export Controls - Software available in connection with the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services (the "Software") is further subject to United States export controls. Binding Arbitration - If there is any dispute about or involving the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services, you agree that all such disputes will be arbitrated according to the rules of the American Arbitration Association in New York, NY, including any dispute about the scope of this arbitration agreement, and including all questions about the types of disputes that are subject to this arbitration agreement, all of which you agree will be decided by the arbitrators, it being your intent that this arbitration agreement be broadly construed, and that the decision of the arbitrators will be final. Any issue concerning the extent to which a dispute is subject to arbitration, or concerning the applicability, interpretation, or enforceability this agreement, including any contention that all or part of this agreement is invalid or unenforceable, shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act and resolved by the arbitrators. Further, you agree that in that arbitration there will be no depositions taken, and all other forms of discovery of facts will be limited to those things the arbitrators determine, in their sole discretion, to be necessary. Further, in that arbitration, (i) there shall be no award of punitive, exemplary, incidental, or consequential or other special damages, (ii) all damages claims and awards will be governed by the laws of the state of New York, and (iii) the parties will conduct the arbitration confidentially and expeditiously and will pay their own costs and expenses of arbitration, including their own attorney fees. If you are unable to afford the fee of the American Arbitration Association, you agree to notify all persons against whom you have an arbitrable claim and give them the opportunity individually and as a group to pay such fee. The proceeding and the decision shall be kept confidential by the parties. No claim may be brought as a class action, combined or consolidated with any other proceeding, nor may any proceeding be pursued in a representative capacity or on behalf of a class. You do not have the right to act as a class representative or participate as a member of a class of claimants with respect to any claim.
Indemnity - You agree to indemnify and hold Online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv, its subsidiaries, and affiliates, and their respective officers, agents, partners and employees, harmless from any loss, liability, claim, or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of your use of the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services in violation of this Agreement and/or arising from a breach of this Agreement and/or any breach of your representations and warranties set forth above and/or if any Content that you post on the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Website or through the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services causes Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv to be liable to another.
Return / Cancelation Policy - All sales are final. If you wish to cancel your membership, simply log in and go to "My Account" and follow "Cancel Subscription" link from "Update My Account" section. Cancelation will be processed immediately.
Other - This Agreement is accepted upon your use of the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Website or any of the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services and is further affirmed by you becoming a User. This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv regarding the use of the Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv Services. The failure of Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv to exercise or enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not operate as a waiver of such right or provision. The section titles in this Agreement are for convenience only and have no legal or contractual effect. Shawnwilliamsbjj.tv and online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv is a trademark of Online.shawnwilliamsbjj.tv, Inc. This Agreement operates to the fullest extent permissible by law. If any provision of this Agreement is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that provision is deemed severable from this Agreement and does not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions.
